MLK12 provides K-12 math practice exercises, printable and interactive worksheets, guided lessons, and learning ebooks organized by grade and topic. The Service is intended to support classroom instruction and independent learning and is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or otherwise use the Service. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all registration information you provide is accurate.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information as soon as possible. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@mathlearningk12.com so we can investigate and remove it. Registration. To access certain features, you must register for an account and provide accurate and complete information. You may also sign in using a supported third-party provider, such as Google.
Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@mathlearningk12.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Our Content. All text, graphics, logos, worksheets, lessons, ebooks, software, and other materials made available through the Service ("Content") are owned by or licensed to MLK12 and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limited License. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes, including printing worksheets for classroom or home use. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, or otherwise commercially exploit the Content without our prior written consent.
Feedback. If you submit suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without any obligation to compensate you.
Content on the Service is designed to support and supplement math learning and is aligned with common K-12 math standards to the best of our ability. It is not a substitute for instruction by a qualified teacher, an accredited curriculum, or professional educational assessment. We make no guarantee regarding academic outcomes, grades, test scores, or specific learning results from use of the Service.
Some Content, such as select ebooks or premium materials, may be offered for a fee now or in the future. If you make a purchase, additional pricing, billing, and refund terms applicable to that purchase will be presented to you at the time of the transaction and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. All purchases are subject to the payment processor's terms then in effect.
The Service may use third-party services (such as Google for sign-in and analytics) and may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service or website. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Our collection and use of personal information, including children's information, is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described there.
The Service and all Content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MLK12 and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice, such as a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at support@mathlearningk12.com so we can attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
